I would not give them any stars if I could. They are nothing but a rip off. Ordered merchandise totalling over $1200.00 on 12/4/09 it is now 1/6/10 and NO merchandise, NO NOTHING. Called all numbers for them, on the (800) 618-1610 left numerous voice messages. The (909) 542-0134 & fax # (909) 542-0142 have been disconnected. Also sent e-mails those have not been returned to me YET! NO ANSWER ON ANY OF IT! They took me for over $1200.00, not including the courts fees yet.
