After receiving a defective product, a car spoiler that was completely distorted, twisted, warped and unusable..the company was in agreement that a refund was due. They have promised me a refund for almost two months now. Nothing. I can never reach a "live" person on the phone. Always a recording. Many messages and emails later...I am still out $321.00. What a rip off company, beware!!
