I ordered a pair of men's shoes for a gift. My husband said they were too stiff. I called GD to let them know i would be returning the shoes then took them to FedEx. I was told when i ordered the shoes that i had 30 days to try them out but kept them just 3 days. The shoes left FedEx on 11-14, and i was billed $139 on 11-27.
