We hired Global Relogistics to transport (2) vehicles from CT to TX on an agreed upon date. The total fee was paid in full months before service was to take place. On the day of service 24 June we had to call and ask where they driver was. Over the next seven days, we were without vehicles as Global was in their words trying to "locate a driver," an unacceptable practice in my opinion since I took the time to book in April - the company should have been prepared. Phone calls go straight to voice mail and are left unanswered. I'm still awaiting my money to be refunded and have hired another shipper who only takes a deposit and then the remaining balance upon arrival. A practice I should have done in the first place. When I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager to resolve the situation, I was told there was none. What type business has no supervisor or manager? I would never recommend Global Relogistics in the future. Please check the BBB's website on their performance history when it comes to complying with contract terms.
