I received a call from this company. They stated they needed to verify the model number for my copy machine.
I asked twice for the name of the company before they would give it to me. Both times they told me they were the company that handles the operations manual for our machine. I told them if they would tell me what they had on file I would confirm it. They then named two copier brands that we don't have. When I pointed out we don't use those brands they promptly hung up on me.
I have been called by them in the past and if you ask too many questions they hang up on you.
