This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 years for a refund check and still have not received it. I call once a week to check on the status and they alway make me leave a message so they can call me back. Not once have they called me back even though it states they will return the call withing 10 business days. DO NOT BUY THE STAINSAFE WARRENTY!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY STAINSAFE WARRENTY THRU THEM!!!
