This company is a farse. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty for a sofa through this company under the name of "Stainsafe". After one year this high-end sofa started cracking in one of the leather seat cushions. After carefully reading the entire warranty description to make sure I was in compliance, I submitted a warranty claim. They rejected the claim stating I did not report in the time frame as required. This company is in the business to make money, and the more claims they reject and get away with, the more money they make. I thought I had purchased peace of mind with the extended warranty, but it turned out to be a scam when I needed it most.
