I have been very disappointed with my Garry vacuum. This is the 3rd time we
need to have it replaced....and it was only a little over 1 yr. ago that we bought the first one! It breaks if you suck up any hard object! We have had
better luck buying cheap vacuums from Wal-Mart! A friend of ours also bought a Garry at about the same time we did. He is also on his 3rd Garry. What is the deal with this company?? They must make these Garry's out of the cheapest
plastic possible!! I am so sorry that I did not read these reviews from the
BBB first - only the reviews from the Garry company. It's all bogus!
Yes, it is true that they want you to pay $50 to send you a replacement vacuum. And you also have to pay postage to send the old one back. And the "free" vacuum bags! Ha! They were sending me 8 bags every 3 months and charging me $10 for S/H every time!! Who needs to change the vacuum bags every 2 weeks??!! It is also a LOUD vacuum. I was wearing earplugs.
