I ordered at hori rapid fire controller and paid for this item on December 22nd. The item was said to ship in 24 to 48 hrs priority usps mailand that the delivery confirmation number would be emailed to me. I have never received myitem or tracking info but did receive an email on December 23rd stating my item would be mailed that day. Since then no returned email or phone calls. I get and automated response to emails and an answer machine at the listed phone number. 420 people have left negative feedback in the past month. I just want to know where my item is and if I am going to receive it. It would also be nice to have the tracking info because with this length of time nothing else will be excepted.
