Bad Management. Bad ownership. Bad, Bad, Bad...
1. Maintenance worker blew dust in my eyes while working on the roof of 8318 Dogbane Ave. Armando's assistant/service worker was there while this happened and personally apologized. 2. It took two weeks for me to receive an air filter after contacting Armando numerous times through text messages. 3. The day before Thanksgiving Armando accused me that one of my cars was not properly registered. I replied to him immediately to clarify that they were registered and my messages were ignored all day. 4. No response to email regarding reimbursement for us fixing dust leaks in the property. 5. I complained about Armando's action to the office; as a result he then says that I have to pay for blinds being fixed as a direct result of my complaint (like a punishment) 6. Armando opens my email 161 times which seems like cyber stalking behavior We were never contacted 45 days prior to our lease expiring as stated in a message from GCC partners.
