I rented from Fox as their rates were really good. Upon arrival however I could tell why, the car was dirty inside and out, they gave us the keys and told us to hit the alarm and go and find the car ourselves. The check out lady in the lot was rude. Upon returning the car they refused to credit me back $20.00 for un-used fuel. They pull a scam on you upon check in, they tell you this option is available, then put it on your bill, but when you return the car, no credit is given for unused fuel. They do not fully explain the policy, only tell you the option is available. What a scam! The agent refused to return my money and the manager would not even come out of his office to speak with me. This company needs to learn how to treat their customers if they want to retain any. I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB.
