I ordered items from the Forever21 website. I had to return some of the items and sent it UPS. The company said that they only received 1/7 items and would not give me a full refund. I checked with UPS and the box was received by Forever21 with no damage. Even though I had the tracking number and could prove they received and signed for the return, they refused to give me a full refund of $100. Do not shop here!
