We chose the right company for remodeling our old shower unit. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and workers associated with Finesse Remodeling.
We laid very clear groundwork before the work began and upon signing the contract, requested and agreed on several very clear progress milestones along the way. Not only were each of these met, they were met patiently and with respect for the rest of our property, as well as for our personal vision of the final result.
Owner/Project Manager, Avi, understood our fear of unsatisfactory results. He allowed us to explain each concern without once showing a lack of interest or boredom. If he has "heard it all before," we would never know it. In discussing our concerns as well as prices and fees, we weren't even so much as interrupted while speaking. We are unable to put into words how valuable that is to us as consumers. And as a customer of Finesse Remodeling, we're very happy with the quality of the completed work.
