I would caution you to do your homework before you send them a check. I paid for my flooring in full back in February. It was received and is still in my foyer waiting to be installed. No one wants to take on the liability of installing because it appears the flooring has a defective finish on the surface. To date, I have not been able to get resolution through either FastFloors or the manufacturer, QuickStep. It has been 6 months that we have been walking on sub floor. I am hoping to write another review to let you know this problem has been resolved satisfactorily, but right now I am so disappointed.
