I would not use Farmer and Irwin again.

This contractor was called by my tenant to make a repair in one of my units. I suspect the work they performed in one instance was not necessary and in the second instance was definitely not necessary and did not correct the issue. I called them to discuss
my concerns over the work performed an offered to split the bill. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt on the suspect part of the service work. I found them to be very abrupt and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I will pay the bill in full
for my tenant but I will never use them again.
