TOTAL SCAM. We are processing a complaint that their products have actually caused our septic system problems. The company is aware that it's very hard to prove their product is effective or ineffective. Therefore, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH this company. They are pushy sales people trying to sell extended warrantees and additional products. Say No, and advise them to take your number off their call list. Remind them if they call you again, that you have requested them not to call previously and they are in violation.
