I just received a call from "septic remedy" they claim we purchased product from them in 2006. Absolutely not!! In 2001 my husband called a company called "septic helper" for a FREE sample. Well didn't a 5 year supply come with a $175 bill and no mention of a free sample. I called them and was told to send it back at my expense. NO WAY BABY. I told them I didn't order 5 year supply and they will have to come and get it at their expense. After a few nasty phone calls I got Mad and told the woman "If you have a recording of us that you say we agreed to receive this, BRING IT TO COURT, COURTROOM B SECOND FLOOR LEFT HAND CORNER, IT WILL BE MY BEST DEFENSE" They sent UPS to get it at their expense!! I believe its the same company. Beware!!! I just looked up their corporation in Florida Secretary of States website, IT IS the same owners of Septic Helper (aka Krane Products of So Fl)!!!!!!
