I purchased Septic Remedy from FBK about 2 years ago. I was promised that the product was useful in killing roots that were growing the my septic tank. This product does not do that. I am still harassed by their sales people every couple of weeks. I have repeatedly ask to be removed from their call list. I am told that this will be done, but a couple of weeks later I get another sales call from them. I've asked to speak with a supervisor/manager and was told that their sales reps do not have the capability to transfer me. They have called me as early as 6am. I'm fed up with the harassment. Do not do business with these people.
