HORRIBLE!! Is this place a scam!!? I purchased a dresser and was told it would take 2 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks and nobody knows when it will arrive, and nobody cares. The staff are rude and sarcastic, and even the manager, Sam, didnt seem to care or try to remedy the problem.
Shame on me, a quick visit to Yelp and I see they have many reviews that also report taking money and never delivering products. I think this is the norm for Excel, and I want to warn everyone to stay away from this horrible store.
