Customer Service Lacking

I bought 14 shutters and 1 blind for a total of $10,616 dollars. While the sales person (Linda Doughty) and the two installers (Gabino and Delfino), provided great customer service, Cheryl at the main office didn't.
In fact, she provided horrific customer service. I wasn't happy with one of my shutters and asked if I could return it (it was never installed). She was very short and rude to me on the phone and said "you ordered it; it's yours period as it fits your measurements". Honestly, while I do know that, the truth is that I know that they could use some if not all of the shutter. I didn't even have a chance to ask if she would refund part of the cost as she then hung up on me.
I will not be referring Elizabeth Shutters to my co-workers, neighbors, family, or friends.
