Things did not go right on our job. The installers showed up near the end of the delivery time and it was getting dark before they could finish. We were supposed to move in the next week and there was no electricity or water yet. The man, I think his name was Danny, had a generator and he went out and bought a light so they could finish working. By the time he got back they finished it was almost 11:00. I thought that was wonderful. I'm giving them 5 stars because they stayed to finish and we didn't have to move into our new home with nothing on the windows.
