$59.00 spring tune up

The service tech Miguel Laborde was in my house a total of 25 minutes, and all he did was to try and sell me a $5.400.00 dollar system!!!! He did not make any attempt to check or do the tune up. He left my overflow valve sideways so he leaked all over my floor overnight. The worst customer experience I have ever had. So I call the ECM office and was told that was to bad!!!! I requested my $59.00 dollor refund and was told no and it was the way it is!!! He said Sir that's to BAD!!!!
