Sold me a car with parts on it that were illegal in California. Did not find out until I went to smog after 2 years. Of course they claimed I put the parts on there (not true). After reviewing the CarFax very closely, you could tell they shopped the car to multiple smog locations until they found one that would pass it with the not so legal parts. Refused to discuss the matter with me. Finally replaced the parts and was able to smog, close to $1K in additional funds. BTW, if you look at the "positive review" from use alisa, you'll see she posted an exact same review for another company... So I wouldn't put much stock in that review. (my personal opinion, no attack on another user)
