Our Sales Rep, Carlos Campos, was EXTREMELY rude. Less than 24 hrs. After our purchase, we noticed a bulge in the front drivers side tire. The car should've been inspected for safety before it was sold, but obviously wasn't. Having a bulge in the tire is unsafe, and this was going to be our family car. My husband called Carlos and expressed our concern and he responded with "I sell cars, not tires". We went in person and I asked him if that's what he told my husband on the phone and he said yes, so I requested to speak to the manager, Nick. Although Nick said, "Well that's true", he was willing to help and replaced the tire. Dealerships sells cars WITH tires. If the door fell off the next day do you say, "I sell cars, not doors"? No. Cars need to be inspected for safety, as is advertised, and if not, you should fix/replace with no questions asked - especially in less than 24 hrs. Because of Carlos attitude, I will not be a return customer or be referring anyone. Sales is also customer service. And while "the customer is always right" is NOT true, providing quality, respectable service should be expected from customers and demanded by Nissan. He could have respectably said, "I'm so sorry. Unfortunately I'm unable to do anything at this time" or something similar. This is much better than being a smart ass. However, Nick proved to me that something could be done and I greatly appreciate that. Thank you Nick for redeeming my experience.
