They did a great job and accurate quote on May 2010. I was going out of town the next day when one of the springs on roll-up garage door broke. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule the repair. Mark Higbie was able to squeeze my repair in late in the day. By the time I got home the door was working better then ever. Besides replacing both springs, he adjusted the opener and lubricated roll-up door. It was so quiet; my dogs did not hear the door open or closed.
