Review 8/11/2010

I was a victim of identity theft (June 2010) due to this company's extremely easy credit policies. The theif only had to present a fake id, fill out a simple 1/2 page application and was granted a $500 credit line in my name. But of course to dispute this fraudulent account I've had to: Stop at their store, speak with the Store Manager, present in person my Driver's license, social security card and birth certificate. Then had to call and speak with their corporate offices and mail by certified mail color copies of my documents (again). Doesn't quite seem fair to make it easy for the dishonest and extremely inconvenient and frustrating for the honest victim of identity theft. Their business practices are faulty and do not protect the consumer.
