Imprint does not last, company does not stand by their product

We ordered mugs for a trade show. We understood the only limitation was not to machine wash. We used them for about two weeks and handwashed every time, the logo which is basically a superficial sticker started to fall off.
We contacted customer service, we emailed them 4-5 times and they never responded. Called twice and indicated they would review our claim and contact us. Its been almost two months since then and no answer. It is clear that they do not want to address the situation and fix the order.
How do you hand out mugs whose logo doesn't last a few washes? what does it say about your company?
Certainly this will not happen to us again.
