Horrible Experience with this Business

I wouldn't recommend having labels printed with Digital Creations in Murphy, NC. I was assured by the owner his labels were water and smudge proof before I made the decision to use him as my printer. He appeared to be a nice man and I trusted his word. Very bad decision on my part. I sell to stores and the public and it's vital to me my labels look professional and are water and smudge proof. It took a while before I learned that after handling the product a few times, the labels smeared and smudged and made me look awful as a business owner. Then as time went on, I had to start throwing away the labels before I could even put them on my products because they were so faded and blurred. I invested a lot of time and money having over 100+ labels created by the owner. I'm embarrassed to say I stayed with him way to long.
