I made a reservation from carrentals.com for a weekly rental for 206.94 plus taxes(confirmation nr LNS0034DF8) .I flew from new York to los angeles (lax)and waited for their shuttle to pick me up it took them more than an hour to send me a shuttle service from lax to their location .Then when I arrived at their office at 11101 hindry avenue la 90045 there were couple people complaining about rates right in front of me then it was my turn and i never tought i would have the same problem they decided to leave without renting.Their associate Jackie was so rude to me and and told me that my total charges would be 764.82 usd she didnt clearly explain their terms and conditions to me and without my authorization she charged me 764.82 for a weekly car rental.Then I started complaining and wanted to see their manager but he was busy helping another angry customer in his room then all of a sudden the associate right next to us started yelling at me and threatened me calling me names and and telling me to go to another company even tough I wasnt even talking or dealing with him anyways.Their Manager Danie Vasquez told me that they dont rent cars to local people with debit cards which was not true at all ,he didnt even apologise me and told me that he cleared the amount they charged me right away and sent me back to lax with their shuttle service.This incident happened on 3/16/2010 and they still did not return my money yet. I was extremely tired and sick that day and I never had such terrible customer service like this company. I am planning to sue the company and I want everyone to know about this company.
