i was gonna enroll in DCC to be able to manage my debts, but after i read so many bad reviews about them, i did not want to anymore. i filled part of the enrollments and decided not to finish it anymore, thinking that i did not finish the enrollment i didn't worry about it anymore. well to my surprice i call my bank to ask for a balance and to my surprice they had taken the money out of my account. So i went ahead and called them to see why they had take the liberty to take my money without autorization. they told that had sign the contract and agreed for the money to be taken out on the certin date. so i ask if i could talk to the manager ( LAURA ) she was very rude. told me that they are not ther to give me WEEKEND MONEY to spend. she kept on telling me how i wasn't entitle for them to give me my money back. " how in the world am i not entitle to get my money back when i didn't even autohrizie it to be taken out". saying that if i were to cancel the debt mangement plan i forfeit the deposit that supposedly autohrized them to take. well i would DEFENETLY NOT reccommend anyone to go to DCC. they are full of #$^#!.. if u can manage ur debts on your own, i would defenetly do it.after so many stories i figure they are only there to profit themselves and not you....

Although your posting is anonymous, the process is the same for all consumers who choose to enroll in the debt management program administered by DCC. A consumer who wishes to enroll in the debt management program is required to execute a debt consolidation agreement with DCC. The client signs this agreement electronically. The agreement is in pdf format so the client can save or print a copy for their records at the time the agreement appears. At the time you e-signed the agreement you authorized DCC to work with your creditors and you authorized payment on a monthly basis beginning with the due date specified in your agreement. The payment is drafted from the account the CLIENT indicated at the time of enrollment.
DCC has been assisting consumers for nearly a decade. When serving over 468,000 consumers since inception we do make the occasional error; however all complaints and errors are resolved in a timely manner. It’s important to note that although a complaint is registered with the BBB, all complaints against DCC have been resolved in accordance with the BBB’s dispute resolution process at stage 1, the BBB Conciliation. In addition, if you took all of the “bad reviews” / complaints where DCC is mentioned, it is less than 1% of the consumers DCC has assisted. We encourage all readers of this post to view our voluntary testimonials section on our website at http://www.delraycc.com/Testimonials/tabid/65/Default.aspx. Lastly, there is a lot of free information for consumers at our website www.delraycc.com . If you are in need of credit counseling or budgeting assistance, please contact us at 800-982-8445.
