As of today 11-10-10 we have still not received a refund that we asked for on 5-18-10. We had originally place an order(order Number 55940) on 4-12-10 and the company said that they had the item in stock but then told us that it was out of stock. They told us that we were going to have to wait. We waited for a month and then we asked for a refund they told us that we would see it in 5-7 business days but as of today 11-10-10 we still have not seen our refund. We were very patient at the beginning and there was someone to talk to but after a month our calls were going unanswered. We have tried to get a hold of the company by e-mail and by phone but both attempts have landed us nowhere. No one has responded to our complains or our e-mails. We would just like our $542.66 back because we never received anything from this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone and for everyone to stay away from this company's site.
