I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO USE THIS MERCHANT!! I purchased 1 Rockford Fosgate speaker on May 21, 2010. On May 27, 2010 I sent an email to them checking the status of my order and received "Still pending a few days" as a reply. On June 8, 2010 I ask "Any further updates?". The reply from DCCA: "Nothing Else". Are you kidding me?? Later that day I email again and ask if I will ever get my speaker. They reply "We will get it done". On June 21, 2010 I respond with "You are not getting it done! Do I need to get a refund and order this from somewhere else or what? You have already charged this to my credit card but i have no product. I am very disappointed in the service. Please tell me what is going on." DCCA sends back a link to cancel my order. I cancel my order and on AUGUST 5, 2010 still haven't seen a refund. I email again asking for my refund and DCCA replies "You will see it shortly". Today is JULY 7, 2011 and I still no refund or response at all.
