The company is lying and deceitful. I purchased 10 inch MTX subwoofers from them and they failed to ship them to me. Upon request for a full refund they never sent it but stated my order was canceled. They also attempted to blame my bank for me not receiving my refund that the so claimed to have processed. The company is completely bad business and refuse to reply back to emails and phone call even when you contact them during there store hours. They are also listed under goldstaraudio.
