Country Wood Furniture does not have customer service in their core values. I ordered two TV stands to be received by end of February 2009 (according to the owner). I did not receive the tv stands until April 6, 2009 and the larger stand was damaged. After being hung up on and wrongfully accused of using the damaged stand I had to file a complaint with American Express. Without the help of American Express, (and the refusal to pay) I do not believe the damaged tv stand would have ever been replaced. Finally after over seven months I received the replacement tv stand. I should have checked the Better Business Bureau File prior to doing business with this company.
