The owner has some anger management issues

Their furniture is cheap, but the owner has some unresolved anger issues. I bought a couch and dining room set from them a few weeks back. I noticed a fairly good sized blemish on one of the chair seats and I thought well they are brand new they should be undamaged. After talking to Mike, the owner, on the phone I brought the chair down and he said he would get back to me in a week. One week later he calls me and tells me the chair is ready. When I get there the replacement seat is in even worse condition. Mike proceeds to snap and tell me that I am "anal" and that I must be single because I must not know how to keep a woman satisfied. Mike then proceeds to go off on a long rant about how he could tell I would be difficult when I met him originally. Wow, glad I found out his true colors before I bought anything else from him. Their customer service skills are lacking.
