This is a fraudulent "business" that sends official looking notices to new business owners, claiming that they must pay a fee to file corporate minutes to avoid government penalties and fees (my notice asked for $150). There is no such requirement, and the notice preys on new business owners who are bombarded with paperwork, requirements and fees. As you can see from the BBB complaint history, once you fall victim to this scam, there is not way to get your money back. The BBB has limited to not control over this problem, and can only ask the business to comply, which they are clearly not willing to do. I have reported this business to the FTC and the Department of Justice, and strongly encourage others to do the same. These people should not only be put out of business, but they should be arrested.
