Extremely poor customer service. The receptionist was polite and directed me to the right person, but then anybody else who is an actual fabricator or boss were way too busy for my business. After sending in plans to them to fabricate a little 4'X1.5' chimney cap, it took 3 days and lots of returned calls to finally talk to somebody. So1 hour later (after talking to a rep), he sent me an e-mail with a bid for 1000 dollars to fabricate a chimney cap! I asked why so much and he stated it was because its union labor and you pay for what you get (25 dollars worth of 16 gauge metal and 1 hour of time 2 max! it was a perfect rectangle no tricky parts). What a joke. I do not know about larger scale companies (bigger than residential remodeling) but I would not recommend these people to anybody. I can see this place petering out to box store competition based on other reviews, poor customer service, astronomical prices and the whole "we don't give a crap were in a union deal".
