I just wanted to say how impressed I was with how knowledgeable Jennifer Roselli was about the program being offered. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. If I sent her an email to ask a question during her off hours she immediately responded with the answer from her blackberry. It didn't matter the time. This is going out and beyond from what I expected from customer service. I appreciated and was impressed with the fact she always made herself available. I will definitely refer people to her.
