Doing business with Computronics was the worst, frustrating experience. When I brought my computer home, it was not working properly. When I called they gave me a hard time on the phone and told me I had to bring it back. I live 7 minutes from their shop and insisted that they send a repairman to fix the problems. After giving me a hard time, they promised to send George the following day at noon. At 11:30, I received a phone call stating that George did not have a car to keep the appointment. When I told them that I stopped payment on the check...things changed. George did in fact have transportation and came to correct problems. I lost quite a bit of my programs and documents...but thank heaven it wasn't any worst than that. Buyer Beware! The odds are you'll be sorry!!
