I placed an order for 10 reams of paper that was compared to other stores pricing for a full box of 10 and I only received one ream. The item number clearly states it is for 10 reams. Upon calling customer service, the man was rude and insisted it was for only one ream and said he would credit my account instead of send the entire order. I would never order from this company again!
