Do not use Computer Medic on Call. He will work on your computer but does not use the right materials to fix the problem. He also does not clean your computer after he tells you he did and he overcharges for the minimum work that he does. He has since moved to Boca Raton Florida. My computer lasted less than 4 months after he added more "memory" and "cleaned" it. I had someone else look at it after my tower started burning up and found out he used what ever memory he found in his "workshop" not the right kind for my computer. He also did not clean my computer and now my tower does not work anymore after almost five years and I am out almost 200 dollars for his "work." Use him at your own risk.
