Waiting for Fund as described on Service

Mr. Alvin M. Matsuura is not in this picture. Only Tim Green is handling this funding. The phone number 714-879-1514 belongs to a lady name C. Lxxf.
I have called up Tim Green (909-453-3577 (Google Voice)) to assist on my funding. I asked him numerous times what is his success rate and he told me that he has done 100s of these deals and it is very straightforward and easy and his credentials to the links with no issues.
I started out calling Tim that before we start, I have a deadline in 5 days; will he be able to meet? he called me back the next day and told me "YES", no problem after checking with his partners.
We initiate the process, and 5 days later, NOTHING.
He said well, our normal process is 7-10 days. Okay, I wait. Nothing happens either.
BTW, Tim said that he was sick and cannot talk but is on top of my file with partners. But every time, I text, Email, leave VM with precise request and answer, the info was never responses. IT is only vague answer, and I am getting you the Login ID and password but the partner is waiting for fund to be transfer over.
It hits me like a ton of bricks. The fund was sent over 7 days ago so it does not make sense that the partner did not received the fund. I gave Tim the benefit of doubt.
Tim told me yesterday (01/29/15) since he is much better. I asked him to call me so we can discuss. NO calls, nothing. I called, emails, texts but finally got a response that oh,btw, they are sending the package to your house tomorrow which is today (01/30/15), but it would not have sent if I did not tell him what was written, signed, negotiated on the contract. We will see if there is actual fund. He did not even ask to re-verify if the address is correct to send out the package. I believe it is only a bunch of words. I told him if it is only a bunch of paperworks, I can do that myself easily with an attorney in NY. I asked again and again on the LOGIN ID/password for the fund, NO ANSWERS. I told him, Tim, as you stated, you said you have been in business in 2005, the minimal thing to do is to check up on the client to clear all issues. He never called back or texted.
I would love to give Tim Green the Benefit of Doubt and would love to take back this review if Tim Green is able to come through.
Tim - PROVE ME WRONG, WHICH I LOVE YOU TO DO SO.
