This company is not straightforward in how it markets or sells its jewelry. I responded to a free gift offer after completing a survey for a completely different item from a completely different manufacturer. Instead of a "free gift," I was sent a pair of earrings of poor quality and then charged $95. There was absolutely no information in the package that was sent other than a small piece of paper saying to "cancel" my "order" I needed to get an RMA. Well, I did not think I needed to "cancel" my "order" for my "free gift." To my surprise, I was then charged $95. To make matters worse, the earrings were of poor quality and one fell out of my ear and was lost after only 3 hours, making it difficult to then return the earrings once I figured out the negligent and misleading way this product was offered to me. Do not deal with this company.
