HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I recently purchased a 2008 Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Century West BMW. I was told it was a BMW Exec vehicle, as it only had 6k miles. The ads read "showroom condition, like new no scratches or dings". I made an appointment with the salesman to see the vehicle, when I got there I waited nearly 20 minutes for him to bring it up. When he finally did come up with the vehicle it was filthy, so I couldn't examine it very closely, I just trusted them that it was in "Showroom condition" as they claimed. I ended up making a deal on it, so I came in the next day to fill out all the paper work. When I was done, I asked the salesman to bring it up so I could have one last look before going back home to Nevada. When he pulled up I noticed there were several deep scratches on both rear quarter panels and the door handle. When I brought it to his attention, I was assured by the fast talking salesman and the used car manager he brought over, not to worry that they could easily be buffed out, and my vehicle would be deliver to me in pristine condition. Needless to say.. it wasn't! (scratches did not come out) and when I finally did get my vehicle (2 days late), I discovered rust on all of the brake callipers and rotors. When I asked the salesman about it, he basically told me that it was normal and there was nothing they could do about it. So I went over his head to the general manager, who said he would look into it, but never got back to me. I also left several messages for the sales manager who just ignored me! They even gave me used floor mats from a different model vehicle. I have purchased several luxury cars in the past, from Mercedes to Lexus and I have never encountered a more unprofessional, disorganized and disrespectful sales staff as the one at Century West BMW. There is absolutely NO SERVICE after the sale... BUYER BEWARE!!
