I actually contacted this company via Internet ( at the end of October 2010) to order the product.
The product arrived in the middle of November 2010 (took 2 weeks to ship, when I was told it would take 5 days). When I opened the box; the three bottles (skin treatment kit), where empty! There was no way I could try the product, the bottles that I received had nothing in them.
I contacted the customer service (800 262 0245), and promptly reported the issue; The customer service rep (Collins) assured me that she would re-ship my treatment kit; A couple of weeks later, no shipment! I called again in early December 2010; I spoke to another rep (Pat); she indicated that the product was on backorder and she assured me it would ship within 5 business days. Ok, well here goes another 2 weeks; no shipment received!
I then contacted customer service again; This time another rep (Ethina) tells me that the product was never on order, nor on a backorder status (The two rep's prior to this one, totally lied to me). When I asked the rep to re-ship my order, she just said, "we will have to re-charge you". Are you kidding me???? I was so done with this; so I asked for a refund. It literally took over 30 days for me to get a refund. Totally shady!
Not one of the customer service rep's even tried to rectify the problem; But actually wanted more $ from me!
I could not try the product (which I was really bummed about).
I would not recommend ordering from this company! Poor customer service and, SHADY business tactic!!!!!
