Someone please help!!! I received a loan from Cash Jar and 1 yr later I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and they stated by time my bankruptcy was finalized I could be responsible to pay $1400.00 which is what I own and legal fees. I don't need this trouble. Also they used my SS# but they are not on my credit report. Should I pay them or not?
