I purchased Pool Devil Pro in 2011 and loved how it worked cleaning the surface of our in-ground pool. This summer it broke, different parts at a time. I e-mailed the company and heard back from Al Hopton. He inquired as to what parts were broken. I told
him that the entire contraption was done and my husband had thrown it out. I didn't hear back from him for a couple of days so I e-mailed again. Lo and behold, I received a brand new Pool Devil Pro! I will most definitely continue to make purchases through
