I requested help with my 2,500 mile move across country for March 22, 2011 and was happy that I was quoted so little. I gave the deposit after the sales representative advised me that all money will be refunded if I must cancel my move. I cancelled 35 days IN ADVANCE and the company did not refund my money. I blame myself for not checking with BBB first and hope that someone reading this will make a more informed decision.
