We have used other moving companies in the past but WE WILL NEVER use this company again. We moved from Oregon to Arizona. They subcontract everything out (M&M Trucking). They grossly underestimated the price, truck was a day late, and way too small for our move. When we voiced our concerns we were promised everything would fit. At 5 pm we were renting the only trailer available and still had to leave belongings in Oregon. Driver said he was sorry and it wasn't his fault. We have to return to get our things. We had to find help for the driver to load and unload the truck and find a tow truck for him when he broke down. He was already 3 days late when we were told of the break down. When we received our belongings the dishes and cabinets were broken, oak chairs and shelves were scratched, grease on everything, and some things were missing. Again the driver would only say he was sorry and it wasn't his fault. Alan Kratz and the customer service supervisor, Darryl Batz, said they would make it right, but once we paid they would not return our calls. You have to call as a new customer to talk to anyone. They know that they are underestimating and will tell you so. It cost us more than other quotes we received and more than if we had rented trucks to move ourselves. Next time we will move ourselves! Less stress and money! I gave them 1 star only because I couldn't give them 0 stars.
