This was the worst experience I have ever had. I had a reservation for 8 am and the guy never showed up til after 9 am and then he gave my truck to someone who didnt have a reservation. he tried to tell me it had a full tank of gas when it didnt and we have pics to prove it and he never got in the vehicle. the driver side seat belt was not even there and the ramp was broke. when we went to load the truck the cab and the back of the truck were filled with trash...dirty diapers, used condoms and over 16 bags of trash. I called and was told it would be a few hours before he would get someone to come out and clean it and so we had to clean it our selves. When we returned the truck we returned it with more gas then what we recieved it with and we were told it had to be full or we would be charge and we were called liars and were really rudely treated at both places. I will never ever rent from your company again and i will never refer anyone to u again....the company isnt even an office but a run down dirty smelly room in the back of a resturant. The guy was dirty and rude and didnt even have his glasses to read anythng and never gave me my paperwork...
